Just received this home gym and am pumped to use it! The quality of materials are so good! The padding on the backrest and forearms is cushioned nicely. It comes with a box of nuts, bolts and all the hardware you need. Neatly packaged, separated by sizes of hardware. Sturdy frame, well built for the price. Great for strength training! The black and red leather looks sharp! I needed a little help with the assembly, so pics were from the package.

Awesome pull up and abdominal workout in one

I bought this mainly for the abdominal workout, but you could do pull-ups push-ups dips. It does everything you need all in one machine you can't ask for any better. The cushions are nice and comfortable it makes it perfect for being able to raise your legs with your back being fully supported your forearms perfectly sit on the cushions while you hold the handle in order to raise your legs up you're able to do pull-ups and push-ups from the different bars on the set up when you're trying to use your body as the weight this is the best way to do it. This is the perfect machine. I've been looking for it for a very long time and I am so pleased to finally have it to work out with. It's super easy to put together. Everything came in one package who was with package to where there was no damage I highly recommend purchasing the pull-up and dip out all in one machine. It is absolute best purchase I've made all year I've been looking for a good dip machine. I wanted to work my lower stomach or am my obliques. I am still over the moon happy with this purchase. The package said it was gonna arrive in like seven or eight business days but I got it in four so it was three days earlier than expected. What time is very happy about it I didn't wanna wait four more days for the package and I love the color. The paint on the metal is beautiful and so are cushions that you are using for support. It feels so luxurious. This is way nicer than the one that I love using at the gym. And now I have it at my house so I can work out whenever I feel like it versus having to go somewhere to work out plus it is the best way to save money. Why waste money on a gym when you can have it at home? I love this work out dip, abdominal bench!
