Excellent product and service.
I'm getting into calisthenics, and I've found that dips are one of the foundational exercises. Like pull-ups, their benefits can't be easily replicated with weights, resistance bands, or floor exercises. Yet for some reason, dips tend to be more overlooked, even though they contribute significantly to upper-body strength. When it comes to progressing in dips, chairs and benches just don't cut it. At some point you will want a more dedicated frame. For me, the value of this product is in the frame to do safe and comfortable dips and headstands. Everything else it supports is just a plus, adding alternatives to what I already do. With that context, the product is exactly what I was looking for because the design prioritizes sturdiness over storage volume, while still being compact and easy to handle. I found that instead of storing it behind the bed, I can keep it under my desk as a footrest, so it's always in use. The setup is straightforward and the limits for this rack are your imagination. I also had to contact the company about a missing end cap, and their customer support was excellent. I highly recommend both the product and the service. Five stars!

Best folding, mobile compact "gym" you can buy!
Really easy to set up, instructions were clear and concise. Has a lot of different exercises that show you in a pamphlet, just wish they improved it showing beginner, intermediate level, and advanced categories. Some of the exercises are just too hard for me, so I'll have to work up to them. It's impressive how much this can really work you out! There is plenty of information on YouTube to help with different ways to use the product. In fact, maybe it's good to go there before you buy it, so you can see all that it can do! It definitely seems really strong. I believe it's rated for up to a 275 lb person. So that might be just something to consider, if you weigh more than that.
