Buying these have really made me not want to get a membership at a gym because I have everything at home with me . I got these because women experience boneless starting at the age of 30. Which by the time when they are 50 they can develop osteoporosis. So this product has work well for me because I don't want a gym membership that I probably won't use. I just want to stay healthy at home and get outside and walk everyday. Yes I recommend

It's great! It's even compatible with my other vinyl free weights. Set came kinda grimy,—the plates are probably filled with cement made from genuine local dirt—but otherwise exactly as described. Comfortable grips. You get 4 6lb, 4 5lb, 4 4lb plates. = 60lbs of flexibility from one barbell, down to two 8lb dumbbells. Definitely recommended.
