awesome large sturdy cat tree

79 inches is 6 ft 7. this is most definitely 79 in, it's tall and it's sturdy and does not seem to need braced to the wall. it is not able to be tipped even if you pull on it. my kitten is going to absolutely love this when she wakes up in the morning. not hard to put together, it does take some time but not 2 hours or anything like that. I would say between 45 minutes and an hour and a half tops depending on how good you are at it. it's soft and tall and sturdy, the base is 24x24 but the different areas stick out beyond the base so it's really large. this is going to be fun.

nice tree for the money

easy to put together, looks good. carpet is kind of thin but for the money is a good buy. using it for 3 kittens 4 months old works well and very sturdy. i would recommend this.
