I'm not sure why this computer or company received bad reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences. It arrived early, was wrapped impeccable. I open up the laptop, it's absolutely beautiful. I love the backlit button, and fingerprint scanner. I needed a computer with certain specifications, and this hit all of them. For a wayyyy better price than any name brand at Best buy. The load up and updates were super fast and efficient. I've been able to load up and download all the programs I need for cyber security school. Thus far, this computer has been amazing. Its mind blowing the speed of it. I'm used to things taking a while to download, and it was up in no time. I've only ever had hp computers, and I've had two in my 2 semesters of cyber security. The brand HP is not a good fit for this program. I experienced lagging, crashing, it was horrible. Nimo gives you so many more options especially for developers, and complex systems. Thus far, this computer is by far the best I've had. I highly recommend this computer. As for customer support, I sent them an email before it even arrived, and I received a response back. It was in a very reasonable time frame. If you're looking for a good computer that has more to offer, and at a great price. Definitely, go for this one!! I'm glad I did.
