Mosaflare Diamond Art Painting Kits-Mexican salamander,Art Craft Kits,Full Round Drill,Home Wall and Relaxing 14×14 inch

I'd still say I'm fairly new at these diamond art sets and these are great for beginners. I have seen some amazing ones with different types of gems but I'm surely not at that level yet. With that said, I can't wait to do this one!!!! I'm trying to finish the first one I ordered in between all my other projects and day-to-day tasks. This Stay Sassy Highland Cow diamond art is too stinking cute and I can't wait to frame it once I'm done with it and hang it in my craft studio. This diamond art set has several more tones than the one I'm currently working on so that should be fun!!! There is just something so relaxing to working on these projects and watching it transform before your very eyes! If you're new to diamond art…like me…maybe I can fill you in about some things I've learned by doing it. (And if I'm wrong, I apologize- these are just things I've learned from doing it.) 1) You don't get a lot of baggies in the set. I use ziplock sandwich bags and leave the original package in there so I know what color code it is. 2) You may look at the little square wax thingy and wonder how in the world that little square is going to help you complete the set. To that I say, trust the process! You don't have to poke the wax with the pen every single time you grab a gem. In fact, just keep going as long as it sticks! (The instructions are never clear on that so I just figured it out by doing it.) 3) Keep the see through cover film on as much of the design as possible, to avoid touching the sticky part of the design accidentally. I've seen it mentioned that you can remove the film and cut it into pieces which I may actually do with this one. That way, if I cut the film into 6-8 squares, I will have smaller areas to work on. Otherwise, I'll have half the design vulnerable to dust or whatever. 4) Something that worked for me was starting at an edge and working inward. That way your arm doesn't touch the sticky part of the design as you're placing gems. I also place as many of whatever gem I'm working with before moving on to a new color. Again, if you're looking to begin the fun project of doing diamond art, this is a fun start for beginners. Eventually, I will definitely like to progress into different types of gems but this is perfectly fine and oddly relaxing for now, I recommend!!!

I absolutely LOVE anything related to Highland cows, so as soon as I saw this diamond painting, I was excited! 😍🐮💕 Everything looks great, and I love how diamond painting kits always include everything you need; the canvas, all the different colored diamonds, tray, pen, wax, and supplies. Everything was packaged and organized nicely, and the picture is going to be SO CUTE when it's finished! I'm having surgery Monday and will have to stay down and take it easy for the next few weeks, so this came at the PERFECT time. It'll give me something fun to work on while I'm recovering instead of going stir-crazy. 😂 The only thing I need to do now is make a trip to Hobby Lobby and get myself a bigger pink diamond painting pen that can pick up more than one diamond at a time. Then I'll be all set! OMG, I'm seriously so excited to start this!! 💕💎🐮 I already know I'm going to have so much fun doing it!
