Don't like material, way too big

I got this in a large for my son because that's what he normally wears, he's 5'11 and 170 but this shirt is huge, I think even a medium would be too big. I also don't like the silky feeling material, guess I should have read the material first, it's really thin and stretchy. Guess I find someone to give it to.
