I compared the readings against both a monitor with separate cuff and a one piece monitor. The readings were consistent. But with this monitor there is no more struggling (especially when alone) to get a cuff tight and positioned correctly. It is somewhat expensive but the ease of use encourages taking my pressure more frequently - as I should be doing.

I used to work in the healthcare setting. Taking patients' blood pressure was no problem. However, taking my own was a bit annoying since I had to fiddle with the blood pressure cuff to ensure my skin didn't get caught in the cuff, especially when it was inflating. Outside the initial learning period where to position the elbow in relation to the UB90, it's relatively easy and EASILY autosyncs with the app. My other autoflate BP has to reconnect using BT every single time. It takes at least 10 to 15 to pair and sync. As you can imagine, this raises my BP and decreases my desire to check my BP with my old machine, which is less than 2 years old. There is a quirk that no matter what time zone you put in, UB90 will automatically revert to BEIJING time. I even tried deducting the time to account for Beijing time but the app uses YOUR phone setting to fix it. Otherwise, this quirk isn't a deal breaker. The machine is easy to use and has a 3-person setting if you want 2 other people to keep their BP readings separate. My BP readings were initially low but it did vary throughout the day. The readings will vary depending, which is normal. If my readings were too high or low, I always have my backup blood pressure machine with manual cuff. But I love the ease in which I can quickly take my BP especially when I have a headache to check if BP is high. I had researched this machine and others similar to it for a few months before making my purchase. What sold me was the fact this manufacturer has been making blood pressure machines for over 11 years and had innovations every few years. I work with Chinese factories and appreciate when they produce their credentials, audits, and QC reports certifying that they undergo strictly review prior to shipments. You can buy this same machine from social media stores or influencers, but Walmart is the safer bet. I've placed orders through social media accounts only to be scammed with shipments of toys or ridiculously overpriced cheap plastic products you wouldn't buy in a brick and mortar store. Buying from Walmart ensures I have recourse should something goes wrong.
