Adorable but too tight for sleepwear

This is a very tight little shirt with spandex in it so it would be good to wear with shorts or jeans to go out, but is definitely not suitable for sleeping in unless you like to be restricted around your chest and shoulders but have your stomach hanging out... which wouldn't make sense to me, but that's my opinion.
