Soft. I wear them inside out to bed. I’m very sensitive to seams. But these are the softest I found in a long time. Not sure why they have to be made with such ridiculously big seams, probably saves money for the company. This shirt three months ago was half of the price that it is now. That is, this little tea has doubled in price, which is infuriating since everything else on the market is doubling in price.
