Our rug arrived today packaged very securely. When we opened it we were very happy to see it 'spring to life' (decompress) very quickly. While it had a little smell to it (kind of like a sewing factory), the smell wasn't overpowering like some things we've bought. And the smell dissipated fairly quickly. As we unrolled the rug, it did have a few fold or crease marks on it but those smoothed out fairly easily. The pile of the rug is very nice %26 soft! It's something I wouldn't hesitate to let babies or small children scamper around on. The color is very true to what we saw online. And it just feels so nice! Almost like a teddy bear or similar. All in all, we're very pleased with this purchase. Try it! I think you'll like it! PS.. the measurements are right on the money as well!!
