reply from SAFAVIEH Product Expert

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you like the rug. New rugs can sometimes take a little time to fully settle and lay flat after being unpacked. We also appreciate your comments regarding the color and understand that variations in lighting, screen settings, and surroundings can sometimes affect how colors appear online. Thank you for choosing Safavieh, and we hope you enjoy your rug for years to come.
