My son LOVES this bike! We took advantage of Walmart's deals days so we were able to snag it at a great price! It's exactly what he wanted! Smooth, fun ride. A little tricky to assemble but we're expecting that.

Mixed Feelings

The instruction manual was useless. Watch online videos before putting your bike together. The bike feels rugged but once together I couldn't get it to power up. I watched multiple online videos, but none seemed to solve my issue. There is no phone number to call. I tried to send a text to the provided company email address, and they never replied back so if you buy this bike, you are on your own to figure out any issues. After much time watching different videos on powering up the bike we finally figured it out. Our bike seems to be slightly different with the power screen that controls your bike then ones on video, but the videos were of some help as the directions were somewhat similar. We just finally figured the bike out just an hour ago. Hopefully the bike is of better quality then the support the maker of the bike provided.
