super soft and comfortable. easy to put together. just wish the cord for the massager was longer.

Really really smooth looking chair. The velvet is a beautiful shade of a royal blue so it's just a little lighter than navy blue. The chair came very well packed in a somewhat fancy box. All of the pieces and parts were in separate wrappings and most of the screws were already in their respective holes. An Allen wrench was included and it was the only tool I needed to assemble the chair. Assembly started off fairly easy, but it got a little tricky when I got to installing the armrests. I found that the instructions could have been just a little clearer on that part. I was able to figure it out rather quickly and continued with the rest of the assembly. I got a little tripped up when I got to the footrest, but again, I figured it out and the chair was assembled. Comfort wise, I like that the chair is sturdy because I feel like it will last a while before sagging. If there was anything I would change, it would be for the lumbar support to somehow attach to the chair and for the support to have a little longer of a cord. I love the massaging feature, but finding a usb plug close enough is somewhat difficult. I took a star off for the lack of clarity in the instructions and the issues with the lumbar support; however, the chair is still really comfortable and beautiful. Buy it!!
