Looks cheap run small

The first one I bought was way off sized. I returned it because it had a giant hole in the sleeve that looked like it got caught in the machinery. There are threads everywhere and ill stitched. I bought the second one in a larger size and it is a little bit better, but the stitching is awful and the finish is terrible. The fabric is nice and will look cute with shorts or a skirt, but even on sale, it is not worth the effort of making it look proper.

This item would've been cute. Had it not come with a huge hole in the same that looked like it got caught in the sewing machine and ripped out. I also think they should tell you that it is Junior sized like most forever 21 items. Therefore, you need to go up a size. I am returning this one and hopefully the new one isn't second quality like this one.

Nice shirt. Soft and cool material but run very small. I got a size xlarge and it look like a size small on me. Had to return it. Very dissapointed.
