QUTOOL Car Lumbar Support Pillow with Headrest, One-Piece Full Back Memory Foam Cushion, S-Curve Support for Cars SUVs Trucks
Key item features
- ONE-PIECE FULL BACK SUPPORT: Unlike a small lumbar pillow that supports only one area, this extended car back cushion provides continuous support from the lower back through the upper back for a more supported sitting experience while driving.
- CONTOURED LUMBAR SUPPORT: The sculpted lower section follows the natural curve of your back and provides targeted lumbar cushioning, helping you maintain a more comfortable sitting position during daily commutes and long drives.
- INTEGRATED HEADREST DESIGN: The raised upper section adds supportive cushioning around the upper back and headrest area, creating a more complete support system without the need to combine multiple separate cushions.
- SUPPORTIVE MEMORY FOAM COMFORT: Made with memory foam that gently conforms to your body while maintaining supportive cushioning. The full-back design helps distribute contact across a larger area for comfortable everyday driving.
- MADE FOR DAILY DRIVING: Adjustable straps help keep the cushion positioned against the seat. Designed for use in many cars, SUVs, and trucks, making it a practical comfort upgrade for commuting, road trips, and extended time behind the wheel.

About this item
Product details
Full-Back Support Designed for Driving
Upgrade your driving comfort with the QUEES car lumbar support pillow with integrated headrest. Unlike a traditional lumbar pillow that supports only the lower back, this one-piece design extends upward to provide broader support across the lower back, mid-back, and upper-back area.
One Cushion. More Complete Coverage.
The extended full-back profile combines lumbar cushioning and upper-back support in one connected design. It provides a more complete sitting experience without requiring separate lumbar and headrest pillows.
Contoured Lumbar Support
The lower section features a sculpted profile designed to follow the natural curve of your lower back. Its pronounced lumbar area provides supportive cushioning where drivers commonly want additional contact and support during prolonged sitting.
Integrated Upper-Back & Headrest Support
The raised upper section provides additional cushioning around the upper-back and headrest area while maintaining the continuous shape of the cushion. This one-piece construction creates a cleaner, more stable setup than using multiple separate cushions.
Supportive Memory Foam
Memory foam gently conforms to your body while providing balanced cushioning and support. The extended surface helps spread contact across a larger area of the back for improved comfort during everyday driving.
Secure Fit for Everyday Use
Adjustable straps help keep the back cushion securely positioned against the seat during normal driving. The streamlined one-piece design fits neatly against the seat without creating a bulky multi-pillow setup.
For Cars, SUVs & Trucks
Designed for daily commuting, road trips, and extended driving. Suitable for many car, SUV, and truck seats. Please check the product dimensions and your vehicle seat size before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
A More Complete Driving Comfort Upgrade
Whether you spend hours commuting or regularly take long road trips, the QUEES full-back memory foam cushion provides continuous support in a simple one-piece design built specifically for the driving environment.

Bye Bye Achy Back and Neck
Quickly placed it in my car, drivers side. Feels great. Wonderful support. I often had to adjust myself because my neck or back would start aching. This will definitely make driving much more comfortable. Had a tiny bit of an odor but that was resolved by spraying a fabric refresher. Arrived in a zippered bag and vacuumed sealed.

Best Ever
Just got my QUTOOL Lumbar Support Pillow for Car today and went straight to put it in my car. Out the box it already feels supportive and well-made. The memory foam is firm but comfortable, and I can tell it just needs a little time in this heat to fully fluff and shape to the seat. I love it so far it already makes my back feel more supported while sitting, and the neck support feels good too. Excited to see how it feels once it fully expands and molds to the car seat.

Support Your Ride
The QUTOOL Lumbar Support arrived vacuum sealed. It look nothing like the listing photo. Once the bag was cut, the support quickly expanded to its intended size. The support is a dark gray color which coordinates week with the color of my seats and interior. The item came with no attachment/installation information. I think that would have been helpful. I muddled through and attached the support at two points. There is a circular plastic disc at the very bottom that I did not know what to do with. I simply tucked it in the space where the seat bottom and seat back meet. The lumbar support provided good support from my head to my lower back. The ultimate test will be a long road trip. The support is made from a nice feeling fabric and appears well made. I like the extra support it provides behind my head and the headrest.
