The wrist and the keyboard pad is very soft and comfortable. For the most part it stays in place on the desk when it's dry. But if their is any kind of salt, sugar or seasoning on the desk. It slides back and forth, instead of staying steady like it said.

I bought this because I tried a friends memory foam cushion.This is nothing like my friend's.I am 99% sure it is not memory foam.It's better than nothing maybe but fairly firm and not cushy like memory foam.Doesn't have that memory foam performance.I believe it's probably regular foam.
