Responsive Customer Service

One of the seat bottoms arrived with the threads missing, and the company replaced it promptly. We also had an issue with the height adjustment lever on another chair, and they quickly sent a replacement for that as well. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process.

Love this stool! Beautiful! Delivered early! Packed beautifully. Clear instructions. Easy assembly. My husband and I have a history of arguing when putting things together. No arguments!
