Bought this dog bed for my adult son. He loves it and spends lots of time in it. When he sleeps in it his cat has to sleep in it also, both love the softness!

Not As Advertised

The one I received looks nothing like the one on the website. The sides are floppy with no structure, the bolster is in it but is flat. The black “fur” covering has white fuzz balls. I would return it but there's no way I can roll it back up and put back in the box. $55 down the drain. I had to double check and make sure it wasn't shipped from Temu.

reply from Skandiquip Store

Hello Shelley! We’re sorry the dog bed didn’t meet your expectations. It’s shipped vacuum-compressed—please pat it firmly and let it air out for 2-3 days, and it will regain its shape. The white fuzz comes from the included reversible blanket. We are the original manufacturer, and we hope you enjoy the bed soon!
