I ordered this and now I noticed it's on sale at $94.99 in which I paid $109 for it. Anyway, it came nicely packed in a big box with all parts and instructions. The only part within the instructions was how to put on the sturdy bar underneath the chair. I finally noticed, there is 2-slots on opposite of each other of where it belongs. So, pay attention for that. I loved that it was in the color of gray. It was easy to put together, where part B metal leg goes in back on the same side of where the head rest is. Part A metal leg goes up in front, the only problem I had, that leg didn't clicked in, so I ended up taking blue masking tape around the legs, wrapping 2x the leg so it wouldn't fall out. There are very much sturdy hooks to attach to the bars, besides strings/rope to tie it underneath. I love the zippered in the back, and has a attached Velcro to hold in place, but if the covering would get dirty, all you have to do, is unzip it and take it off to wash it. This chair is excellent, it is so very comfortable, and soft material. It feels the best to have my feet up on the ottoman and in one of the pictures, it shows the bottom of it, that it's attached to a heavy duty velcro strip on each side, and that is comfy and soft material as well. I have already told my friends and family about this chair and they have ordered it. I could actually take a nap in it! The shipping took a bit longer than expected, only because there was an unexpected delay in a different state, and it could have been the weather, but that I don't know.

Arrived well-packed, no damage, all in one large box. Arrived on time. Instructions worked, easy 1hperson assembly. We didn't need to contact the seller. Very happy with purchase! It's comfortable and looks just like the photos on the listing.
