Great Value Luggage Set That Looks Expensive I was impressed before I even opened the box. The luggage arrived in the manufacturer’s box inside a second shipping box, so even though the outer box had a little damage, everything inside was perfectly protected. Each piece was wrapped with protective padding, and silica gel packets were included to help prevent moisture during storage—a nice little detail I always appreciate. For the price, this set exceeded my expectations. It has a clean, modern look with attractive tan accents, and the matching backpack and toiletry bag make it feel much more premium than the cost suggests. Considering the entire set costs less than a single suitcase from some well-known brands, I think it’s an excellent value. The telescoping handles extend smoothly and lock securely. They feel solid at the shorter height, while the tallest setting has a little flex, which is fairly common. The spinner wheels rolled quietly and smoothly across concrete, tile, and carpet during my initial testing. The hard shell has a slight amount of flexibility instead of being extremely rigid, which may help absorb impacts better and reduce the chance of cracking compared to very stiff budget luggage. As expected with hard-sided luggage, there isn’t an expansion zipper, so keep that in mind if you tend to overpack. The zippers glide smoothly, and the TSA-approved lock is a nice addition to help keep the zipper pulls secure during travel. I also like that the suitcase has protective feet on the side, so the shell doesn’t sit directly on the ground when laid down. I haven’t traveled with the set yet, so I can’t speak to its long-term durability, but my first impression is very positive. It looks well made, rolls smoothly, and offers a lot of value for the price. Got my luggage today! Came early and quickly! It’s perfect! Just what I needed for our trip. I won’t have to check anything at the airport. It’s all carry on. Everything I need fits perfectly in the cosmetic bag, the back pack and the hard shell carry on. The casters on the hard shell roll easy and are heavy duty. I know that these will make my journey so much easier. Love them!
