Mid-size roll on carrier easily California and TSA compliant. You will have no trouble getting it n escalators with the wheels and easy pull and lock handles. Included with this carry on is a backpack with inside and outside zipper storage. It even has a built in USB charger cable. This backpack can double as shoe storage for anyone that wouldn't be interested in having a backpack. Also included is a nice zipper bag for toiletries. TSA compliant combination lock includes directions how to set and website provides video demonstration. I was not able to correctly reset no matter how careful I studied the directions. I'm sure it's just me and not a defect. Overall recommended.
