Well we're do I start. We received the box it was shipped in, the box was taped and destroyed. We pulled out what was left in there to find most of the parts missing. Contacted the seller and they sent out a whole new box with everything in it. Told us to just keep what we had. Very please with the customer service. Would highly recommend the seller.
