The bike has seen much use these months. Only thing i could say is that the battery takes a mallet for me to remove it from its holder... Rubber of course A number of the holders are rubber and plastic and like my plastic controller holder it snapped on a large bump and the proceeding drop after. Still works fine after a glued a piece of plastic over it.

i was going back and forth on the rating, but settled on 4 stars. it would easily be a 5 star ebike for the $350 price and great customer service, but the battery really holds it back. i dont know if its just my battery or what, but journeys get pretty difficult if you dont constantly plan around it dying on you.:////////// also tighten the back tire! I broke my hub motor by not ! But they helped ! Customer Support: Their response time is awesome. They replied pretty much every weekday by 6am, and when i needed replacement parts, they had every single part sent out and delivered within two weeks. After a few emails Everything else on the bike is super nice for $350 especially. the tires are way higher quality than most standard stock ebike tires you usually get. Cons to Know: as for mentioned either my battery or in general the range is way way less ,Note that it has no actual gears even though the listing says and shows automatic gears. single gear setup makes it pretty reliable with less stuff to break, but it is hard to pedal if your battery dies, which happens fairly quickly. There are also no quick disconnect links on the motor wiring, so you have to open up the controller housing just to take the back tire fully off. Battery but again pretty much everything is good but The range, way lower than advertised, delivering about half of what they claim, so you just need to keep an eye on your voltage if you do longer rides.
