Way too tight %26 flimsy

The material design and the caftan's pattern are quite lovely, however, the sizing is way off! I ordered a 3x expecting it to be roomy, but instead, it was way, way too tight! Clearly a 3x from a country that truly has no clue about American sizing! It would've fit someone wearing an Extra Large or perhaps a 1x here stateside. Additionally, the material itself is flimsy, cheap, and pretty see-through!
