This dress is an absolute gem in my dress collection. it's very versatile and can be worn at home as a casual pull over or be dressed up for an errand or a night out. I saw some reviews about material being bad however type of material is actually makes it flattering. Yes it is polyester and on a thicker side so can make you hot if worn on a hot day however it makes perfect evening wear. I am not a skinny gal, 165lbs, 38DD and usually wear size 10 to 12 depending on brand. By measurements in description I went with size medium. Dress arrived fairly quickly packed in plastic bag. There were no tags on the dress other than size which I thought was a bit odd as if home made however wasn't an issue for me. There were no odd smells when opened which is big plus for my sensitive nose. I tried the dress and completely fell in love with it. Chest area did fit snug but not tight in uncomfortable way nor restricted me in any way. My back rolls were absolutely not visible and were hidden by thickness of fabric and relaxed design. Stomach was also hidden. Initially my husband laughed by color I chose because it's green with bright pink roses however when I tried dress on he was genuinely impressed and said I look stunning. This is maxi dress. At 5'2", dress was down to my ankles. There were no loose threads in stitching. If you are fan of light cotton dresses. this dress won't be for you. Some people mentioned that material is similar to parachute material and they are not far off, it is dense. I live in Florida and worn this dress all day and went out to the store and walked my dogs and I have not once broke into sweat which is pretty unusual as I always get super hot so maybe material works in a way where it keeps same temperature. I also spilled something on it and rinsed side off with mild soap and water and let it air dry. Dress didn't bleed and didn't loose shape or stretched which is absolutely amazing. I would recommend washing in cold water and air drying vs machine dry but low heat drying should be fine in my opinion. What I wish was better is neckline area. Because of ties, it will fold corners over and revival white inside which is not bad not unattractive however could have been double lined for better look. Arm rubber bands can also be bothersome to some folks but I worn it just like model on the picture and raised it up and folded over and it didn't cut my circulation nor did it itch or bother me in any way. I loved this dress so much I ordered 2 more in purple shade and lavender shade and hope fit will be as awesome for every color as sometimes it can be different.
