This device had an immediate impact on my sleep quality. I also have Mast cell activation syndrome, and if I use it during a flare it calms down significantly! I love it and use it every day.

I found the ZenoWell earpiece to be most comfortable of the Vagus nerve stimulators I tried, I think due to its larger surface area. No discomfort or skin irritation, and while I don't sleep longer or get up less often the sleep I do get is much better than it used to be.

Everyone experiences stress differently. As a very cerebral person, I find that it manifests itself particularly in sensory overload and sudden noise. Using Zenowell's Vita every day to help me fall asleep has noticeably improved this condition, especially in my vagus nerve in my stomach area, which I always used to feel whenever something startled me.
