Large Size, Durable, and Good Quality Mat

Received free for my honest review. This is a nice durable exercise equipment mat. It is 1/4 inch thick and is made of heavy duty PVC material. It comes in multiple sizes and will protect bare floors and carpet. This mat absorbs the shock and noise during your workouts. It also has a non slip backing as well. I absolutely highly recommend it.

Impressive mat

Impressive mat… quality, construction and thickness. The texture and quality it's nice and will be perfect to place under my new treadmill once assembled. The mat rolls up nicely and also has two Velcro straps if you wanted to use this for exercise or even a yoga mat, (wouldn't necessarily use this as a yoga mat, as it is a bit hard, but you could in any case). The foam material is thick and will also help with noise and shock absorption when using. The 30β€œ x 60β€œ size is perfect for a treadmill without excessive layout beyond the footprint. The top and bottom edge are cut with a slight bevel, but the sides are not, but overall very pleased.

Very helpful

This is really good for my home gym. It's really light and still can adsorb some pressure and good for our treadmill to protect the tiles.
