This was supposed to go over the threshold, but the door won't open with it there. Even the low profile is too high and the bended folds don't look great. Will try to use it to update the cat tree when that carpet is scratched off. This item did not come on a roll of cardboard as described, it was folded as shown in the picture. Also, I might have to use double sided tape to attach it, since I have not yet found how to get the foil off the sticky part. There are no tabs or perforations that would help people that don't have nimble fingers or long nails to peel that off.
