Hello anonymous! We believe the lack of response to your refund request is unrelated to our service. We reviewed both emails where you requested a refund and noted that different reasons were provided each time. In your first email, you stated you were not selected for an interview. Since this outcome was not related to our product, we offered a 50% refund while allowing you to keep the item. We did not receive a response to this offer. In your second email, you stated the item was too sheer to wear to work. We explained that as a summer garment, it is intentionally lightweight for breathability and coolness. We also suggested you try it on under lighting similar to your workplace before deciding on a refund. Again, we received no response. Given these inconsistencies and lack of engagement with our proposed solutions, we find the basis for your refund request does not align with the facts.
