Terrible product. Terrible company.

Terrible product and company! It came missing parts and hardware! And I have reached out to Walmart and they said they can't help. So I reached out to the company directly and they will not get back to me!! I have a $1,600 product I can't build or use! Will have to get a lawyer to figure this all out.

Hello Paul! We understand how upsetting it is to have a $1,600 product you cannot assemble or use because parts and hardware are missing—and then feel that no one has responded. We take every customer message seriously, and this is not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve escalated your case and reached out privately so we can confirm what is missing and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
