Can't Go Wrong with this vendor %26 Angi!!

I cannot say enough good things about this vendor. I ordered trampoline during Black Friday deals. We received box 1 of 3 the 1st of December. Box 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 are still somewhere in Fed Ex Land. This was my grandchildren's big Christmas gift. Needless to say the 2 boxes never showed up but this company answered our needs and shipped out the 2 boxes we needed to get the trampoline assembled. There was no extra charge to us. They emailed and texted and made sure we had what we needed. Angi worked with us too. I give them a 5 out of 5 rating also. You can't go wrong with either of these. Fed ex on the other hand has been terrible. How can such a large company still have packages ordered in November still in unpacked storage trailers??

Everything arrived in a week and the boxes were in great shape. Don't worry if you're buying a trampoline and it ships in 9 boxes. Only one tracking number can be uploaded for your shipment and if you want the other tracking numbers, just send an email to the shipper. You can assemble a 13x23 trampoline by yourself like I did and it took 12 hours, but 2 people is ideal. Make sure the ground is level prior to putting it together. Some of the boxes are very heavy. I found my assembly instructions in the box that has the net. Make sure to hammer the square tube connectors so that they are almost flush. I had to use a block of wood with a hammer.

Really great trampoline!

This is a terrific trampoline! It's large enough for several of the kids to do flips and jump together without running into each other, sturdy enough for good sized adults to join in the fun, and assembly was easy and reasonably fast with two people. The whole family loves it. I think it was a good value for the money considering the size and quality!
