Great taste and texture

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a fun shaped pasta. I liked that it is made with whole grains and is organic. I could not tell a difference in taste or texture compared to traditional pasta. I would be great in a pasta salad to add some color.

Cool new pasta shape that holds well

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Sfoglini pasta is great. I read a short article on the creator and how he wanted a new shape. It took many test trials to get to the final product. This pasta takes longer to cook so pay attention to the directions. It's delicious and worth the wait. It holds the pasta better than other pastas.
