Works great, but the package was returned.

I gave this a 3-star rating because it gets hot, and it was pretty obvious that it was an open package. But that said, it had not been used. Looks like someone opened and closed it and sent it back. The company did a poor job of checking it when it came back and just mailing it out again. The bow was under the packaging, neatly folded. NO plastic wrapping, and the package had a bent area where your thumb would go to open it up. LOL This product does get quite warm/hot on the face, so I turn it off for a moment and then continue. My husband says men's shavers do that too. I'm hoping this company comes out with just a face trimmer that is a bit shorter. I love it. It works great. I don't, however, like a bikini trimmer so close to a face shaver. Nor do I really use one at my age. LOL.. **You do have to go over the chin/neck area a few times, but I do with the little shavers also. For the Bikini trimmer, I just used that to "thin" the hairs a little. Worked just fine. ** To the company! Send me a brand new one, and I will give a 5-star review.**
