Good fan but it was broken upon arrival

Love the fan but I ordered it on line twice and both times it was broken. The last time I ordered it customer service gave me the option to keep it and see if I could fix it and maybe it would still work. It's ugly because of the zip ties holding it together but it does its job. But I am very disappointed that it was broken.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize that your fan arrived damaged on both occasions and understand how disappointing it must have been, especially after having to make adjustments just to get it working. We’re glad the fan is still performing its intended function, but we understand that this is not the experience we want for our customers. We truly appreciate your feedback and your continued support of Lasko.

Lasko fans my favorite for years!

My favorite wall mount or floor fan. It has a nice force that reaches across the room. I use it throughout summer a long with my occasional air on more high temp days.
