"A very nice effective bike"

My wife really likes this exercise bike, everything about it is easy, it is easy to put together (maybe 15 minutes), easy to ride and adjust the resistance band, easy to move around, there are small wheels on the front that roll when you tilt the bike forward, it is a very solid unit while pedaling and it doesn't take up a lot of space, if you are pedaling for your health, this is a great start that is not that hard.
