My husband is dealing with diabetes, and he’s trying to keep his glucose level down as well as lose weight. He is switched from cows milk to dairy-free almond milk, which is very low in carbohydrates. He makes smoothies with the almond milk and whey protein powder, which he drinks twice a day. Plus, he has cut out all high carbohydrate foods. He eats mostly beef or fish, along with low carbohydrate vegetables. During the previous month on this diet, he lost about 12 pounds and brought his glucose numbers down by almost 100 points.

Great substitution for milk in some cereals

I have a rare allergy in which I cannot have mammal products or even dairy. This is my favorite substitution for regular milk that works with some cereals like apple jacks, honey nut cheerios, and I love it in my coffee too. It's also great with hot brownies out of the oven. I've tried different kinds of milk substitutes like oatmeal, the regular almond milk, and others, and this gets the closest in my opinion.

I don't know how they can get from almonds?

When did my last week? How can I write so many things with five stars? I told him I only rate things that are really exceptional. I don't wanna waste my time on anything else. After I started using this almond milk that is so good I finally had to say something. And I just said it exceptional. I don't use Cassville anymore ever. This is tasty and very low in calories.
