Rocky Wildcat Snake Waterproof Snake Boot, Mossy Oak Bottomland, Size 13(W)

Good boots. I returned a pair of Irish Setter Vapr snake boots because the back collapsed on my Achilles. These are stupid on the back and the back zipper is nice. I wish they had speed laces all the way down instead of just the top two. The laces at coarse so they don't slide easily through the eyelets. It's been hard to get the lower laces tight. But they're half the price I paid for the Irish Setter boots.

I bought the women's wildcat spike waterproof snakeboot last month and was excited about the fit and overall look but they failed horribly on my first adventure, a 3 day canoe trip. Getting into the canoe I stepped in small puddle that didn't come above my ankle and my whole foot and sock was wet so I spent the next 3 days in wet soggy boots and gross feet. The boot claims to be waterproof even says it's on the side of boot but you can't even give them a quick hose rinse to get mud off without ur entire foot and the sole of shoe wet. That's beyond disappointing especially since I have bought men's rocky boots in past and loved them and their durability. Maybe this pair was factory accident or something but either way I don't. It recommend this boot to anyone who plans on wearing them outside in the environment or you will be left with wet funky feet too.
