Unfortunately this skirt didn't meet the mark

The skirt had great potential. made of very thin material, poor stitching and basically defective. The skirt was described to have elastic waist which it did. However, it was in the very front and the zipper was on the side and the slit was in the back. Any way I turned it? It was defective that stretch should have been in the back of the skirt. It really just was incomplete. And I ordered the chocolate or the brown, and it came with a black belt. overall, very disappointed. I was so looking forward to wearing that into the fall with my new brown boots
