[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I used to procrastinate with my mopping because my weekends were full of chores you could not avoid like grocery shopping, cooking, laundry. Now I can mop after work because it's easy and I enjoy it. My main concern was about cat litter around the box (I would sweep this area before I mopped). As soon I received my vacuum I went to test it out. It was a great surprise to see how quick it was able to clean this mess. I only wish the water tank could be designed a little bit different because now there always some water left.

This takes some effort to set up and dry the machine, so not recommended to clean up easy spills. But if you want your hard floors deep cleaned, this will do it. We cleaned our hardwood floors with this wet/dry vac the same day after our maid had cleaned them with a mop and I discovered my floors may have looked clean and shiny on the surface, but they were filthy! The tank was filled with brown water! Gross! But, now I know that this vac is needed! Some tips I use: 1. The machine works better when pushing and pulling at a slow pace. 2. I go over each area twice to ensure it's clean. 3. Only the side of the vacuum where the roller meets the edge is the side you want to use against the walls so that it cleans right up to the edge.
