Power would not consistently power on and never power off. Had to remove the battery for that. Problem next time is you never knew when it would power on again. Very inconsistent. All connections were fine. Battery worked fine in other Hoover products. Ended up exchanging at Walmart. What a nightmare that was!!!

This is a replacement and upgraded model of the vacuum I wore out. Loved the old version but this one is even better Taller handle for easier operation. Great suction power. And it came with a hand head cleaner for furniture etc. Sells for almost $100 ,ore at other retailers. Previous one had handle break off. Realized I was carrying it by the handle. Carry by long length. Rechargeable battery is much better than models that are plugged into an outlet.

Wonderful product. I am a little disappointed that it went on sale the next week for $40 less than I paid but we loved the product and were using it daily so we were not going to return and reorder just for $40. This is our 2nd purchased of this exact item and we love it.
