Really nice yoga ball

Comes with 2 plugs. No instructions came with it, but one of the pictures in the description tells how to inflate it (it's also rather intuitive when you look at it). The thing with the prongs is so you can pull out the plug. Looks like really good quality.

Good quality, perfect for leg adduction exercises

This is exactly what I was looking for! I use for my adduction exercises for a as sacroiliac instability. Ball is very sturdy and feels like it will stand up to regular use. This didn’t come with a pump but does come with a little straw. I used that to blow up the ball until I hook up the real thing. Offers enough resistance with the adduction exercises but is also flexible. Excited to have it be part of my regular routine!

Great Pilates ball

This Pilates ball is just like the one I used in my classes. It comes deflated and you have to blow it up but that was easy. It’s great for balance and great hip strengthening. Love it.
