Love the lock!

I really like this door lock! It works great and I love having the fingerprint, app control, and backup key options. The only tricky part is programming it. The very first fingerprint programmed becomes the administrator/programmer for the lock. So, if you have a handyman or someone else install and program it for you, make sure they set up your fingerprint as the first one so you remain the administrator. Once you understand that, it's a great smart lock and I definitely recommend it!

the installation was quite simple and setting up the app is easy using the instructions. the finger print recognition works and I used two people then did the reset and did it again. this is a good product.
