Had a little mixup in shipping but appeared to be fed ex not seller. Seller was quick to respond and find package. Bike was easy to install and came with a nice tool kit for road repairs. I am more than satisfied I ride 8 miles to work on it and it doesn't even use half the battery. uses a little over half on the way home mostly uphill and in the dark so I'm using the headlight as well. Definitely recommend!!!! and way cheaper than average e- bike

do to by from the seller they're misreputation bait and switch scam to do with the battery The voltage on the battery is definitely wrong it's not a 48 it's only a 36 this is a bad which invite situation been trying to get a hold of this ever since 10 minutes after I made the purchase the correct the information about shipping never got a hold of me now I got the bike come to find out it's got a 36 volt battery the output on the charger is 41 volts which is for a 36 volt battery the battery has no marking to say what volt it in the book that come with states it is 36 volts seller with not resolved to me after I start a return and Walmart said give 48 hours for response it be 60 not a word preset p code number p03 is what the controller reads the bike batter out put voltage is and p08;is what is is set to be and it set to 48 volt but the controls is reading the it's only getting 36 volts in out from battery
