Had a little mixup in shipping but appeared to be fed ex not seller. Seller was quick to respond and find package. Bike was easy to install and came with a nice tool kit for road repairs. I am more than satisfied I ride 8 miles to work on it and it doesn't even use half the battery. uses a little over half on the way home mostly uphill and in the dark so I'm using the headlight as well. Definitely recommend!!!! and way cheaper than average e- bike

Well Please!

Purchased it less than a month ago and have enjoyed it a lot. Definitely solid construction. Does go 30 mph and the battery lasts 20 miles without going to half way mark.
