Great product and Value for Cost

The bike was easy to assemble for the most part. The instructions could have been a little bit clearer, but YouTube videos made up for it. They provide all the tools that you will need to complete the assembly. Once assembled, the battery charged quickly, and it has been great to have to get around town without having to use a car. Going up steeper hills is the only time that I have had to pedal hard; otherwise, the pedal assist takes care of it. Great value for the price, it has me thinking about getting an e-bike for each family member.

Very nice eBike! Very smooth (and quiet) power delivery but I want more range. Hopefully the seller can sell me an upgrade on the battery the eBike came with. As it is, you're lucky to get 15-20 miles before the battery starts running pretty low, and the charge time is a full 4 hours (hopefully I can find a fast charger for it).
