Solid Makita tool

Bought this to replace another Makita that finally gave up the ghost after many years of abuse. I would have preferred the lighter Makita Drill/Driver without the hammer feature which I will probably never use and adds weight. Nicely featured with a good chuck. If you don't already have batteries, there are probably better choices. Solid 4.5 at worst.
