Why would anyone buy this?

This is the worst item I have ever bought through Walmart. The fit of the shorts billow in the pouch and are tight in the waist. It is supposed to be bnelow the knee, but barely reaches above the knee. The pockets are so shallow I can barely get my fingers in them. And the fabric is so flimsy. It is like wear a handkerchief.
