Due to my body shape, I could have gone down to small, I have about 8 inches of extra hip room available, with a flat behind and no hips. Love this jumper style dress. I sized up because it was in juniors . I normally wear a womens small to medium. The large that I bought fits loose but that is my preference. This dress looks great with a t-shirt or a button down shirt underneath. The cotton material is comfortable. It can be worn year round it's not too heavy. I am 5'3 and it hits at my knees.
