I took a chance and ordered a medium. I am 5-7, 150 pounds, 38" chest, which was my concern, but this dress has the perfect stretch with even extra room. I read a review of someone who was around 138 pounds and ordered the same size, so I wasn't sure if I could do a medium as well. I love the waist. It is very flattering. I have a smaller waist, though, I am now ordering the dress in the rest of the colors.

Sweet summer sundress at a great price. 100% cotton, stretchy waist, stretch shoulder straps, dainty floral print, and oh so comfortable. I usually wear a M but sized up to a L so I could layer the dress over a fitted tee shirt. I washed the dress before wearing (it had some fabric odor on arrival) on a delicate cycle in cold water and hung it up to dry. No shrinkage or color bleed. The smocking is on trend right now, and it's a comfy style to wear, budget friendly, too. I'm 5'2.5" and the length came just above the top of my ankle socks.
