Really good, better than expected for sure. Good amount of heat, doesnt overtake the flavor. Flavor is great, like someone made a spicy sauce out of nori snack sheets. Noodle block was nice. Boiled for 5.5 minutes and the texture came out right. Not really chewy, reminds me of Samyang's air dried noodle block. Seasoning packet came with plenty of seaweed flakes shrimp, salmon, whatever seafood you like would compliment these noodles well

I've been draining the water from Ramen for at least 3 decades, since my former husband turned me onto drain the water, add a tablespoon or so of butter to hot noodles and about a half a pack of the seasoning. No need for that here! Better noodles by far! Water is cooked off and noodles are thicker. Sauce and seasoning powder are perfect!I did add a tablespoon of unsalted butter. Was afraid it might be too spicy…no such issue!
